MMA
Tiny Tigers

Beginner training for younger children, ages 4-8. This is a great way for young kids to get involved with Martial Arts and learn how fun and rewarding it can be. These classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30 p.m.

Basic Tang Soo Do

This is training for those that are age 9 and above. These classes are also for families where parents and children can train together. These classes are held Monday thru Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Black Belt Only

These classes are for students who have obtained the rank of black belt. It's an opportunity to continue advanced training and to train alongside other black belts. These classes are held Monday thru Thursday at 6:30 p.m. 

Adult Only

These classes are for adults ages 18 and older who prefer to train with other adults. These classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

Ladies Self Defense

These classes are for females ages 13 and up who want to learn basic self-defense techniques as well as some karate training. These classes are provided by appointment only.
